Six days is certainly the minimum you’ll want to share out to doing the full circle of Iceland, and even so, you’ll miss a few things.
Still, if do want to cover the whole country, this is an wonderful and well reviewed tour that covers all the highlights of Iceland’s ring road, including the Golden Circle, the south Coast, Akureyri and Lake Myvatn regions. If you are a bit short on time but keen to see as much as possible, this is a good alternative.
